Privacy Policy

• Account information — your email address, and a password handled by our authentication provider, when you sign up.
• Billing — card details are entered with and processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We receive your subscription status, plan, billing email, and the card brand and last four digits.
• Usage and analytics — pages viewed, features used (for example filters and exports), and timestamps, collected through Google Analytics and PostHog.
• Your saved work — notes, lead statuses, saved views and alert settings you create inside the product.
• Support messages — what you send us through the contact form, and our replies.

• To provide and improve the service, and to run your trial and subscription.
• To send account and billing emails, and the filing alerts and weekly digest you have turned on. Every digest carries an unsubscribe link.
• To understand how the product is used so we can improve it.
• To answer support requests.

We never sell your personal data. We do not give legal advice. We share data only with the providers that run the service:

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Stripe — payments. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — email delivery.
• PostHog and Google Analytics — product and traffic analytics.
• Vercel — hosting.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and personal data.
• Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
• Ask us to suppress your record. Marriage licenses are public records that we did not create and cannot erase at the source. We can and will remove you from the data we make available to subscribing vendors, including any candidate mailing address matched to your name, so that our customers stop receiving it. Tell us the names and the county and we will suppress it.

If you would rather reduce postal marketing generally, and not only from our customers, the DMA's DMAchoice service suppresses your address across participating direct-mail senders. We ask every vendor who downloads addresses from us to honour it.
