1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MarriageSignals ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our
Privacy Policy. The Service is operated by
HD Signals LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "MarriageSignals"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MarriageSignals is a real estate intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available property data for the Austin, Texas area. Data includes pre-foreclosure notices, tax delinquency records, building permits, cash buyer transactions, code violations, and zoning information. All data is sourced from government public records and is provided for informational purposes only.
3. Subscription and Payment
- Access to the full platform requires a paid subscription. Current pricing is displayed on the subscribe page.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to subscribers.
4. Permitted Use
You may use MarriageSignals for your personal or professional real estate research, including:
- Identifying potential investment properties.
- Researching property ownership, permit history, and tax status.
- Monitoring Austin real estate market trends.
You may not use the Service to build a competing product, resell or redistribute the data, scrape or automate bulk data extraction, or engage in any unlawful activity.
5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
The data provided by MarriageSignals is sourced from public government records and is provided as-is. We make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data.
The information on MarriageSignals is not legal, financial, or investment advice. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions. We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from reliance on the data.
6. Intellectual Property
The MarriageSignals platform, including its design, code, branding, and non-public data compilations, is owned by HD Signals LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own purposes. Public records data displayed on the platform originates from government sources and is not owned by us.
7. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You may not share your account with others or allow concurrent access from multiple users.
- You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized account access.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends; subscription fees paid are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HD Signals LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HD Signals LLC from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
